This is a place for collecting information about conference organization, an outgrowth of the WOWCS'08 workshop. I'm taking the first stab at collecting this information. The intent is to seed this for discussion, then let it be a living document going forward. Many of the topics come from my own WOWCS paper, but I added a few other issues based on other submissions and online discussion.
